Job summary

Sysco Northeast Rdc seeks a Finance Transformation Lead to define the future state of Finance processes (AP, AR, ITC, RTR) and oversee end-to-end design across the Shared Services Organization. You will coordinate Workday-centric initiatives and drive improvements in process efficiency across global entities.

The role requires leading post-acquisition integrations, cross-functional collaboration with corporate and field leaders, and ensuring governance and timely milestones for key finance

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required in Finance related field.
• Advanced degree in Finance related field preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience.
• Experience driving M&A integrations into a large diverse enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic direction for end-to-end process design and governance across Finance and related functions.
• Lead strategic initiatives and integration efforts for acquisitive activity within SBS.
• Drive standardization and data governance of financial information and metrics.
• Ensure alignment of process design with corporate, SBS, and field leadership globally.
• Demonstrate leadership to achieve financial and growth goals and mobilize teams.
