FGS Global Inc. in Washington, DC invites recent Finance or Accounting graduates to join a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment through a two-year Finance Associate Program.

You will rotate across Order to Cash, Procurement to Payment, Revenue Recognition & Commercial Finance, and FP&A, gaining hands-on experience with financial operations and strategic planning while collaborating with Partners and consultants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Strong Excel and data analysis capabilities
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Self-motivated, intellectually curious, and eager to learn

Responsibilities

• Responsibilities will vary by rotation and may include: Order to Cash – support end-to-end billing and accounts receivable processes; review client contracts and billing arrangements; monitor receivables and unbilled revenue; collaborate with consultants and client teams on billing queries; prepare reports on billing performance.
