Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 6-10+ years of relevant experience (Corporate Accounting, Technical Accounting, or Big 4).
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience with cross-functional stakeholders on complex accounting topics.

Responsibilities

• Support development, maintenance, and governance of global finance policies (US GAAP).
• Provide technical accounting guidance on complex transactions and memos.
• Oversee global month-end/quarter-end close and consolidation.
• Lead policy governance, compliance, and external audit support.
• Drive finance training and transformation initiatives.
