Job summary

Ingram Micro is seeking a Sr Global FIT Analyst – Finance Operations in a hybrid role (Irvine, CA or Buffalo, NY). The role focuses on testing and validating financial transactions in SAP, coordinating UAT with stakeholders, and ensuring compliant global financial processes.

A strong QA background and SAP familiarity are highly valued. You will monitor release schedules, participate in design sessions, and help drive efficient testing and issue resolution across finance/IT teams.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of QA experience, preferably in financial services.
• Minimum 5 years of functional work experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Experience with SAP for AP, AR, Rev Rec is preferred.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate UAT testing and validate financial transactions in SAP.
• Monitor release schedules and manage stakeholder communication.
• Review design documents and sign off on features.
• Lead UAT labs, validate test scripts, and track defects.
• Report progress to stakeholders and maintain QA playbooks.
