Job summary

The role drives accuracy and timeliness of cross‑jurisdictional financial reporting, coordinates with legal, treasury, payroll, IT, and external advisors, and ensures alignment with US GAAP and local standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
• CPA, CA, or equivalent professional certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead international tax compliance for global entities and coordinate with external advisors.
• Maintain a global compliance calendar across jurisdictions and monitor regulatory changes.
• Support global tax strategy development and intercompany pricing policy.
• Oversee statutory audit coordination and ensure timely filings across jurisdictions.
• Coordinate international payroll compliance and data privacy considerations.
• Manage intercompany service agreements and ensure proper eliminations in consolidation.
