You will lead financial, administrative, and HR functions, coordinate with consultants and vendors, and drive scalable policies.

The role emphasizes big-picture leadership with hands-on budget, contract, and bill management.

Qualifications

• Experience building financial, administrative, and human resource systems, protocols, and policies for a growing global organization.
• Ability to work at the big-picture level while managing daily finance and operations tasks such as budgets, contracts, and bills.
• Comfort working remotely across multiple time zones and supervising consultants and vendors, including our accountant.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets and financial forecasting.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers.
• Process payments and bills in a timely manner.
• Supervise consultants and vendors, such as our accountant.
