Alliance Resource Group is partnering with a growing nonprofit to lead the finance and business function on a 100% remote basis, with a California-based team. The Director of Finance & Business will own budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, and financial modeling while partnering with executives to drive strategic growth and operational excellence.

Ideal candidates are business-minded, hands-on, and comfortable wearing multiple hats; nonprofit experience is a plus but not required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee outsourced accounting, payroll, and HR providers.
• Manage relationships with external audit and tax providers.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, and financial modeling.
• Develop financial analysis around growth opportunities, investments, and staffing decisions.
• Serve as a strategic thought partner to the CEO.
• Oversee broader business operations and compliance, including insurance, contracts, child safety, data privacy, and cybersecurity.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and technology to automate and improve finance and operational processes.
