Job summary

Dow Jones, a global provider of news and business information, seeks a finance onboarding specialist to manage customer setup and ongoing relationship maintenance. Based in Princeton, New Jersey, you will guide clients through initial steps and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth start.

You will own onboarding tasks, update client documentation, respond to inquiries, and be the key liaison between customers and other departments.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
• A passion for customer service and willingness to learn across our business lines.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail, organized and thorough with follow-ups and closing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding tasks and complete within the required timelines and agreed service levels.
• Ensure all documentation provided by the client is updated and processed with accurate data.
• Comprehend all facets of the onboarding process, maintaining changes to documentation where applicable.
• Respond to customer queries promptly, providing solutions within the application process.
• Be the key communicator between the customer and all other departments to guarantee successful onboarding.
• Understand relationships between different business lines/products and legal entities.
