Job summary

FCT Assembly seeks a hands-on Chief Financial Officer to partner with the CEO and lead financial strategy at a multi-site, global manufacturing group. You will guide planning, profitability, cash flow, and growth decisions, while overseeing accounting and internal controls.

The role emphasizes collaborating with leaders, driving performance, and developing a capable finance team across the United States, Mexico, Malaysia, and Europe. Previous CFO experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• 5+ years in progressive finance roles with planning, analysis, or leadership.
• Experience with budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and financial statements.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to explain findings clearly.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and collaborate with leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across entities.
• Analyze performance by business unit, region, and product line.
• Improve pricing, costs, and margins based on insights.
• Translate financial results into actionable leadership reports.
• Develop and mentor the finance team and ensure internal controls.
