Hologic is seeking a Director of IT Global Finance & Accounting Solutions to shape the strategy, delivery, and optimization of the company’s global Finance tech landscape. You will partner with Finance leadership to drive digital transformation, data integrity, and operational excellence across regions.

You will lead enterprise-scale programs, modernize platforms, and deliver innovative solutions that enable compliant, efficient financial operations worldwide.

Qualifications

12+ years of IT experience, including Finance/Accounting systems.
5+ years leading global teams and complex enterprise initiatives.
Experience implementing and managing global ERP and financial tech solutions.
Strong knowledge of Finance functions and global operations.

Responsibilities

Define and execute a multi-year global technology roadmap for Finance and Accounting.
Lead major Finance technology programs from strategy through implementation.
Own core financial applications ensuring performance and reliability.
Partner with Finance leadership to align tech with business goals.
Develop and mentor a global technology team and manage vendor relationships.
