Job summary

Capital Group is seeking a Global Finance Manager – Product, Enablement & Experience to shape the finance enablement strategy and experiences that drive adoption, transformation and business value. You will build scalable capabilities across the Global Finance Hub and partner with Product Owners and Finance leaders to align priorities and improve user experience.

Qualifications

8–10 years of senior leadership experience, including 3+ years of people leadership, with a track record of building capabilities and developing teams.
Experience in product management, enablement, experience design, change, learning, communications, or transformation.
Strategic thinker who connects capability work to measurable business outcomes with disciplined execution.

Responsibilities

Shape the Finance enablement strategy and experiences to drive adoption, transformation and business value.
Build scalable capabilities and ways of working across the Global Finance Hub.
