Qualifications

• Experience in higher education or nonprofit environment.
• Demonstrated leadership of multiple direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Lab's overall financial management and reporting.
• Lead grant and finance managers for project budgets and spending.
• Provide financial analysis and strategic guidance to leadership.
• Produce quarterly and annual financial statements and reports.
• Model revenue and spending; monitor funding environments and risks.
• Ensure compliance with University policies and donor requirements.
