Qualifications

• College or university degree in related field.
• 7+ years of work experience in accounting, budgeting, analysis, forecasting, or related discipline.
• Experience in higher education, healthcare, or academic medical center is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitors financial performance, prepares dashboards, and analyzes variances.
• Designs physician compensation programs and tracks performance metrics.
