Job summary

3M seeks a Finance Director - TEBG Commercial to lead strategic financial planning and enable profitable growth across Global Commercial. You will partner with the TEBG Global Commercial leader to drive a three-year plan, improve cash flow, pricing strategy, and portfolio management in a rapidly transforming organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or Accounting (completed and verified prior to start)
• Fifteen (15) years of finance experience in a private, public, government or military environment
• Master's degree in Data Science or Statistics from an accredited institution
• Three (3) years of leadership experience, with Division, Area, or sizable country leadership experience
• Business acumen to connect theory and practice.
• Significant experience in analytics projects/reports.
• Ability to lead in a technical field with incomplete data.
• Ability to teach and develop capabilities globally.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to translate complex business problems into financial terms.
• Experience influencing across the organization.
• Understanding of multiple workstreams and their integration.
• Strategic thinking and solid business knowledge.
