Qnity is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Director - Global Finance, Kalrez to support the Kalrez business, a fast-growing global unit generating $300-$400M in annual revenue. This role serves as a financial partner to the VP & GM of Kalrez, providing leadership, forecasting expertise, and decision support to drive profitable growth.

This is a hybrid role with in-office requirements at our Wilmington, Delaware location.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, costing, or business partnering.
• Experience in FP&A, forecasting, modeling, and performance management.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and translate data into business recommendations.
• Experience in a global, cross-functional environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Strong understanding of financial controls and governance.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a trusted financial advisor to Kalrez VP & GM.
• Partner with Global Leadership to support strategy and growth initiatives.
• Lead annual strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
• Deliver timely analysis and actionable insights on business performance and key financial drivers.
• Support complex business decisions through financial modeling and decision support.
• Ensure accurate financial results, strong internal controls, and SOX compliance.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration on forecasting, planning, and business improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to enterprise finance initiatives related to systems, processes, data quality, and governance.
