The ideal candidate has 10+ years in finance with leadership, solid U.S. GAAP knowledge, and experience in complex operational environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.
• Progressive accounting/finance experience with leadership responsibility.
• Experience leading finance and accounting teams across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance and accounting for a global, multi-site business.
• Own month-end close, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
• Maintain strong internal controls and ensure SOX compliance.
• Partner with R&D, manufacturing, operations, and sales to improve profitability.
• Drive working capital management and operational analysis.
• Provide clear financial insights to senior leadership.
