Job summary

The role requires a CPA with 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, SEC reporting exposure, and a track record across multi-entity operations, including ERP enhancements and acquisitions

Qualifications

• CPA qualification with 10+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Direct SEC reporting experience, including ownership of 10-K/10-Q preparation or review.
• Broad accounting leadership across international or complex multi-entity operations.
• Strong US GAAP, consolidation, technical accounting and internal-controls expertise.
• Medical device industry experience.
• Experience in public-company and private-equity-backed environments.
• Public accounting background and experience improving accounting teams, processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead global accounting, close and consolidation with accurate US GAAP reporting.
• Develop the accounting team, hire, coach, and set responsibilities.
• Own internal controls and drive Sarbanes-Oxley readiness.
• Manage technical accounting, audited financial statements and external audits.
• Oversee treasury, banking relationships, cash reporting and FP&A collaboration.
• Improve ERP and consolidation processes, integrating international offices.
• Support acquisitions, financing and complex transactions with the CFO.
