Qualifications

• Experience in all aspects of finance and accounting including inventory management.
• CPA, CMA, or MBA required.
• Consumer Products industry experience with inventory accounting and global distribution.
• Hands-on leader of a ~10-person department with strong analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead General Accounting, Inventory Cost Accounting, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Global consolidation and reporting of actuals; maintain multi-entity trial balances and monthly close.
• Oversee Financial Statement Audit, internal controls and compliance.
• Drive AI-enabled automation of accounting processes.
• Support bank/credit facility negotiations and treasury activities.
• Coordinate Federal and multi-state Income Tax and Sales Tax compliance.
• Manage multi-state legal entity permits and annual filings; oversee ERP upgrades.
• Other duties as assigned.
