Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Finance Transformation Manager to join the ATEAM team responsible for automation initiatives across the Accounting organization. The role focuses on process improvement, month-end close acceleration, and scalable financial controls in a fast-paced global environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in finance or analytical field
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• Experience delivering results for large cross-functional initiatives/projects
• Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis
• Experience in project management including resource planning, managing schedules, reporting project status and prioritizing tasks

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to influence automation design and implementation with financial best practices
• Gather and document detailed functional accounting requirements and delivery of technical deliverables
• Define a project plan and think critically to identify, evaluate and communicate on potential risks and obstacles early in the project lifecycle
• Define and execute on the pre-launch user acceptance testing and lead the automation launch readiness assessment
• Lead projects, supporting manual effort reduction and process efficiency while maintaining financial control
• Streamline program delivery across the accounting organization by standardizing project communications, execution and documentation, ensuring consistent, scalable global processes
