Job summary

Krones, Inc. seeks a Training Specialist to lead and deliver training programs for customers and internal staff at customer sites or KRONES Academy NA.

You will present KRONES Academy NA certified training in North America, perform field and in-house audits, develop training plans, and create documentation (OPLs, GOP, MOP) using Word and PowerPoint. Travel across North America and worldwide is required to support audits and classroom sessions.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Electrical Engineering and five years of experience in the field as a Service Engineer/Technician.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training programs for Customers and Internal employees at customer locations or KRONES Academy NA.
• Present KRONES Academy NA certified training classes for Customers and internal employees in the KRONES region that include North America, Canada, Central America, Caribbean, Guyana and Suriname.
• Perform in-field and in-house audits of retention from participants and suggest improvements to the Manager.
