Job summary

Krones Inc. in the United States is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair equipment at customer sites. You will serve as the face of our company in the field, delivering exceptional service and support.

You will travel up to 100%, diagnose issues, provide training, and ensure safety standards are met. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with technical certification preferred.

  • Proven experience in field service, maintenance, or a related technical role.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

Krones Inc. is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Field Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment at customers' sites. You’ll serve as the face of our company in the field, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform installation, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment and systems at customer locations.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance.
