Qualifications

• Active DoW TS/SCI clearance or ability to pass CI polygraph.
• BS in Science/Engineering/Mathematics with 10–12 years experience or MS/PhD with 8–10 years experience.
• Experience planning and managing field projects including logistics and security constraints.
• Strong relationship-building and customer-briefing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, preparing, executing, and documenting multi-week overseas technical assessments.
• Conduct onsite technical work and develop materials for US Government stakeholders.
• Manage field logistics: travel, export/import considerations, equipment readiness, personnel coordination.
• Support long-term strategy and relationships with partners and agreements.
• Ensure compliance with international agreements, security instructions, and regulations.
• Develop 5–10 year program agreements and maintain continuity across cycles.
