Job summary

Nidec Minster Corporation has an immediate opening for a Service Scheduling Coordinator. The primary role is to support the daily operations of the Service Department through coordination of Field Service Technician scheduling, travel logistics, fleet administration, mobile device management, onboarding activities, reporting, and other critical administrative functions.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of scheduling or service administration experience.
• Experience with SAP, Concur, ADP or similar systems preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and spoken communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain the SAP Schedule Board for Field Service Technicians.
• Schedule and dispatch technicians to customer sites and update assignments as needed.
• Confirm service jobs, dispatch work orders, and manage scheduling changes.
• Create and maintain job holds, service assignments, and closeout activities.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel using Concur, including flights and hotels.
• Support timecard approvals for Field Service Technicians and generate utilization reports.
• Process travel-related invoices and manage mobile devices and asset tracking.
• Coordinate onboarding for new service employees and assist with department purchasing.
• Maintain service records and provide administrative support to service leadership.
