PRAB, Inc. in Kalamazoo, MI seeks a Field Service Manager to lead after-shipment field service and technical support for industrial equipment customers worldwide.

You will manage field service personnel, drive service operations, warranty administration, and continuous improvement, building strong customer relationships and aligning with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Parts to maximize satisfaction and product performance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Proven leadership in field service, technical service, industrial equipment, or related environment.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and controls troubleshooting knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain qualified field service technicians.
• Develop, coach, and mentor technicians through training plans and field support.
• Foster a safe, accountable, and productive field service team environment.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Address personnel issues in partnership with Human Resources.
• Review and approve timecards, expense reports, travel, and documentation.
• Develop efficient scheduling, dispatching, and after-hours support processes.
• Prioritize service resources to meet customer urgency and business needs.
• Ensure service calls, reports, and customer communications are completed accurately.
