Job summary

FLSmidth is recruiting a Global Service Manager to lead field service operations for gold processing and separation equipment. You’ll oversee installation, commissioning, and startup, while guiding global teams and maintaining strong client relationships.

Expect travel up to international sites, delivery of safe and efficient project execution, and maintaining compliance with safety standards. Strong leadership and deep equipment knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering; master’s or MBA preferred.
10+ years in mining/mineral processing with 5+ years in leadership.
Proven project management, commissioning, and operations experience.
English fluency; passport and travel readiness to international sites.

Responsibilities

Lead global field service operations for gold processing and separation equipment.
Oversee installation, commissioning, and startup of downstream equipment.
Provide technical leadership to global teams and clients.
Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to meet objectives.
