Job summary

Alliance Machine Systems International, LLC seeks a Field Service Technician to provide installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer support across Alliance/Systec equipment. Travel ~75% and train customer personnel in operation and maintenance procedures to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

You will lead on-site installations, perform service calls, diagnose issues, document activities, and collaborate with engineering to drive continuous improvement while upholding safety

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; technical degree preferred.
5–7 years supervising, installing, and maintaining material handling equipment.
Strong electrical, mechanical, hydraulic knowledge with PLC experience.

Responsibilities

Travel to customer sites for installation, service, and training (about 75% travel).
Install equipment and interface with production line systems.
Troubleshoot electrical/control systems and perform preventive maintenance.
Provide customer support and coach junior technicians.
