Job summary

Network Recruiting is seeking a Field Service & Commissioning Engineer - PLC Logic & Machine Integration to join our client in Menomonee Falls, WI.

The role covers FAT/SAT, high-voltage panel work, PLC/HMI programming, and international field deployments. You will lead on-site commissioning, coordinate tests, and collaborate with design engineers on ECRs, with a clear path to ownership of the equipment lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 2 years of verifiable hands-on machinery service/commissioning experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot automated systems and interpret multi-page schematics.
• Willingness to travel 40–70 days per year and possess a valid passport.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site machinery installations and SAT at client facilities.
• Perform PLC/HMI software downloads and verify logic parameters.
• Coordinate FAT procedures and ensure zero-defect quality before shipment.
• Submit Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) based on field insights.
• Train operators and collaborate with design engineers on improvements.
• Oversee electrical hookup and alignment during trade show setups.
