Job summary

Ridgemont Resources in Menomonee Falls, WI is seeking a Field Service & Commissioning Engineer to lead on-site installations, FAT/SAT, and integration of high‑voltage panels with PLC/HMI software. This role combines shop testing with international field deployments, reporting directly to the CEO.

You will troubleshoot electro-mechanical systems, download PLC/HMI logic, manage control deployments, and drive ECRs to improve future designs.

Qualifications

2 years of verifiable field service experience on complex electro-mechanical machinery.
Ability to troubleshoot automated systems and interpret multi-page schematics.
Willingness to travel 40–70 days per year and possess a valid passport.
Strong customer-facing communication and field service documentation skills.
Local commute to Menomonee Falls, WI and toolset for field work.

Responsibilities

Spearhead on-site machinery installations, system integrations, and SAT at client facilities worldwide.
Execute electro-mechanical diagnostics to isolate faults and implement solutions.
Manage PLC and HMI software downloads, verify parameters, and work safely in high‑voltage panels.
Lead FAT procedures, ensuring zero-defect quality before shipment.
Submit Engineering Change Requests based on field insights to improve designs.
Oversee technical setup for trade shows and client handovers.
