H. T. PROF Group is hiring a Field Service & Commissioning Engineer to perform PLC logic and machine integration at the Menomonee Falls, WI site. The role involves first-shift work with significant travel (40–70 days/year) to support worldwide installations and FAT/SAT activities.

You will directly report to the CEO in a high-visibility capacity, leading equipment lifecycle tasks from shop testing to client handover and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on machinery service/commissioning or maintenance experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot automated electro-mechanical systems and read multi-page schematics.
• Willingness to travel 40–70 days per year and hold a valid passport.
• Customer-facing communication with an organized, professional approach.
• Reside within daily commuting distance of Menomonee Falls, WI and possess a field toolset.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead global on-site commissioning, installations, and SAT at client facilities.
• Diagnose electro-mechanical issues and implement durable technical solutions.
• Manage PLC/HMI software downloads and safe operation of high-voltage panels.
• Lead FAT procedures before shipment and ensure zero-defect quality.
• Submit Engineering Change Requests based on field insights to improve design.
• Oversee technical setup for industry trade shows and related activities.
