In Global Learning Services, we believe training is at the heart of every great customer experience. As a GLS Operational Analyst 1, you'll be a key player in shaping the journey of our customers and internal teams as they engage with our world-class training programs. Reporting to the Director of Operational Practices for the GLS team, you'll support the full lifecycle of product training—from onboarding to ongoing support for our Daymakers and customers.
