Job summary

Samaritan's Purse seeks a Roving Finance Manager to provide both in-person and remote financial support for international field offices, deploying to disaster sites to set up finances and ensure policy compliance. You will mentor staff, manage cash and monthly reporting, and collaborate with regional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; CPA preferred; overseas work and grants management experience welcomed.
• 12 college-level Biblical Studies credits required; if not met, can be completed after hire.
• Ability to apply GAAP and finance principles with attention to detail in disaster settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person and remote financial management support for international field offices.
• Deploy to support setup of financial operations during disaster responses in coordination with IHQ.
• Mentor and train personnel on finance procedures and regulations for field offices.
• Ensure compliance with finance policies; manage cash flow and reconciliations.
• Produce monthly reports and assist with global payroll and reporting for field operations.
