Job summary

Samaritan's Purse is seeking a Finance Manager to join the Projects team in the Middle East. The role leads budgeting, financial planning, reporting, and controls while ensuring donor compliance and audit readiness.

You will supervise a team of 3, develop finance staff, and collaborate with program leadership to optimize financial performance in humanitarian operations, with international travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA or equivalent preferred.
• 12 credit hours of Biblical Studies required; opportunity to complete if not done.
• Ability to lead and supervise staff, maintain confidentiality, and ensure donor compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and budgeting with program and country leadership.
• Oversee cash management, donor reporting, and compliance with donor requirements.
• Strengthen internal controls and procedures; monitor month-end/year-end processes.
• Prepare financial statements, reconciliations, and support audits.
• Develop and lead a finance team; supervise 3 staff and provide coaching.
