Job summary

Cumulus is seeking a Deployment Engineer to act as a key link between technology and field operations. This role involves planning and deploying the Cumulus platform on industrial and construction projects, working directly with customers, and ensuring successful implementations. Ideal candidates will have an Engineering Degree and 0-2 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to travel. Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in implementation or deployment of software and end-user training.
• Basic proficiency in troubleshooting, testing, repairing, and servicing technical equipment.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing knowledge of the Cumulus Platform and offering best-practice recommendations to customers.
• Participate in site pilots and full-scale implementations to support successful realization of Cumulus capabilities.
• Help conduct end-user training sessions to ensure understanding of Cumulus products and services.
