Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience as an application specialist/scientist.
• 3-5 years of life-science research lab experience (Oncology and/or Immunology preferred).
• Demonstrated understanding of cancer, immunology, molecular and cellular biology.
• Ability to travel 50-75% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Global support for Elephas diagnostics platform and products.
• Provide training on SOPs, protocols, and devices.
• Maintain relationships with customers and core team colleagues.
• Support sales and marketing professionals.
• Participate in quality audits of partner laboratories.
