Responsibilities
- Lead complex, multi-year global initiatives across trading platforms and desk-facing systems.
- Partner with trading, sales, and product leadership in a front-office environment.
- Drive alignment across engineering, infrastructure, business and control functions.
- Articulate complex issues clearly to both technical teams and senior stakeholders.
- Manage program governance, dependencies, and risk/issue resolution with delivery discipline.
- Operate independently in ambiguous environments to drive outcomes.
