Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in program operations.
• Experience managing participant or stakeholder communications.
• Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM; familiarity with SharePoint, Mailchimp, Alchemer, Canvas, Submittable is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day and cycle-based Fellowship operations with timely, accurate deliverables.
• Coordinate Fellow selection, travel, visas, participant information, and event logistics.
• Maintain records and strengthen program systems for efficient implementation.
• Serve as a reliable contact for participants, partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Support financial administration, procurement, and compliance processes.
