Job summary

Ambu is seeking a Facility Manager to lead the Noblesville site’s Facility Management, partnering with global FM leadership to shape standards, tools and processes. You will establish a formal FM operating model and build a capable local team to support 350+ colleagues in a 125,000 ft² facility.

You will collaborate with Engineering, HR, and Procurement, manage budgets and contracts, and drive digitalisation and AI initiatives to deliver reliable, safe, and compliant workplace services for

Qualifications

• FM experience in corporate/global settings, preferably medical device or pharma.
• Experience establishing or professionalising an FM function.
• Knowledge of building systems, maintenance, budgets, and supplier management.
• Experience leading employees and coordinating technicians/contractors.
• Ability to create clarity and actionable improvement plans.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; comfortable with digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Establish and professionalise the Facility Management team at Noblesville.
• Lead and develop a local FM team with direct reports.
• Ensure the facility operates reliably, providing a safe environment.
• Define FM interfaces with Engineering, HR, Procurement, and others.
• Manage facility suppliers, contracts, service quality, costs, and improvements.
• Develop asset plans and drive digitalisation and AI in FM.
