Job summary

Ambu A/S seeks a Facility Manager to establish and lead the FM function at its Noblesville site in Indiana, supporting 350+ colleagues in a ~125,000 ft² facility that manufactures medical devices for global customers.

You will build a globally-aligned FM operating model, collaborate with Engineering, HR and Procurement, and drive digitalisation and asset planning to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Extensive FM experience in a corporate setting.
• Experience leading a facility management function.
• Strong budgeting and cost-control capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Establish and professionalise the FM team at the Noblesville site.
• Lead the local FM team, set priorities, manage performance and develop capabilities.
• Ensure the Noblesville facility runs safely and reliably for production.
• Clarify FM interfaces with Engineering, HR, Procurement and other functions.
