Your Role at impact.com:
The Global Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, development, and consistency of the organization's global real estate and facilities portfolio. This role ensures that all facilities are safe, compliant, efficient, and aligned with company goals. The Global Facilities Manager leads regional teams and partners with stakeholders across departments (People Excellence, IT, Finance, etc) to optimize space utilization, manage vendor relationships, implement sustainability initiatives, and drive continuous improvement in facilities services worldwide.

Salary Range: $125,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year, plus an additional 5% variable annual bonus contingent on Company performance and eligible to receive a Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant.
*This is the pay range the Company believes is equitable for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
