Job summary

Verra Mobility is seeking a Manager, Global Facilities to oversee the management of 80-100 multi-use facilities globally. This leadership role requires experience in facilities management and project management, focusing on maintaining safety, reliability, and operational excellence. Candidates should have a strong background in budgeting, stakeholder management, and project governance. This position is ideal for individuals with proven experience in managing large-scale portfolios and delivering complex capital projects, as well as strong communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Infrastructure Delivery, or Project Management in a global environment.
• Proven experience managing large-scale portfolios with multi-million-dollar capital projects.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and facilities operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across 80-100 global facilities ensuring safety and reliability.
• Establish and implement global standards for maintenance and operational performance.
• Lead global procurement efforts, including vendor selection and contract negotiation.
• Develop and manage annual operational and capital budgets for the global facilities portfolio.
