Job summary

Planet Group in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead global facilities programs, overseeing multiple projects from planning through turnover.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in construction/engineering and 7+ years of PM experience, plus strong communication and MS Office skills. You will manage schedules, costs, risk reviews, contracts, and client relations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field and 7 years of PM experience in construction is required
• Experience may substitute for degree requirement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills
• Experience with document control, scheduling, cost control and project management software is preferred
• Must be able to meet driving requirements

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities and successful execution of projects
• Develop project plans, schedules, estimates, cost development and objectives
• Develop client relationships and interface with clients for proposals and project items
• Participate in risk reviews and consult with Legal Department as required
• Negotiate contracts, subcontracts, change orders, and manage project documentation
