Qualifications

• 10+ years in engineering, industrial engineering, manufacturing, or semiconductor environments.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional program or project management.
• Proven success delivering large-scale operational improvements and cost reductions.
• Strong financial, analytical, and business planning skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including executive presentations.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%, including international travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic manufacturing initiatives across global wafer fab network.
• Drive capacity expansion, cost optimization, and productivity improvements.
• Establish governance, milestones, risks, and executive reporting.
• Manage large capital and operating budgets while meeting targets.
• Collaborate with finance, engineering, operations, and business units.
• Lead continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma principles.
• Provide executive-level updates and influence strategic decisions.
