Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain.
• 5+ years at director level or above.
• Experience in aerospace, automotive, or similar technical industries.
• Strong strategic planning and decision-making with a track record of excellence.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all aspects of manufacturing operations, including production planning, scheduling, and capacity management.
• Drive lean initiatives to improve productivity, reduce lead times and costs.
• Oversee procurement, supplier selection, and contract negotiation.
• Lead strategic sourcing and manage the supply chain performance metrics.
• Develop comprehensive production plans aligned with company goals and customer needs.
• Monitor production progress and address bottlenecks to meet quality and cost targets.
• Build and develop the production organization with a culture of accountability.
• Ensure compliance with aerospace regulatory requirements and safety standards.
