The ideal candidate combines deep manufacturing expertise with executive communication skills and a passion for leading complex programs in a fast-paced semiconductor environment. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 10+ years in engineering/manufacturing/semiconductor environments.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional programs.
• Proven track record with large-scale operational improvement and cost reduction.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% (international travel included).

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide manufacturing initiatives across global wafer fab network.
• Manage capital and operating budgets with KPI-driven governance.
• Drive cost optimization, capacity planning, and efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and technology teams for strategic objectives.
