Job summary

The company Boston headquarters is seeking an Operations Program Manager to lead cross-functional manufacturing programs across the global supply chain, translating design changes into executable factory plans and driving readiness and quality improvements.

You will manage schedules, milestones, risks, and contingencies, collaborating with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Test and Quality teams to deliver high-performance outcomes, with travel up to 25% internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related technical field.
• 4+ years of experience in manufacturing, hardware operations, or program management.
• Proven track record managing complex manufacturing or operations programs from concept through production.
• Experience with new product or process introduction in high-volume manufacturing.
• Strong ability to align cross-functional teams and drive decision-making in evolving situations.
• Familiarity with SMT, assembly, test, and pack-out processes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; able to tailor messaging for technical and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of manufacturing programs, including process changes and production scaling.
• Translate design and product changes into executable factory plans with supplier alignment.
• Define and manage program schedules, milestones, risk trackers, and contingency plans.
• Drive resolution of manufacturing issues impacting quality, yield, or readiness.
• Lead cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives focused on factory metrics.
• Support pilot builds and engineering validation runs with structured coordination.
• Communicate program status and action plans to stakeholders; drive accountability.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of program management processes and tools.
