Johnson & Johnson, DePuy Synthes external supply planning leader in the US, is seeking a Sr Manager to drive supply planning for Orthopaedics across multiple sites. You will govern planning decisions balancing service, cost, and inventory, while leading a team of ~10 and collaborating with global leaders.

You will shape end-to-end planning, NPIs readiness, and scenario planning, improving supply reliability and executive decision‑making across the Spine platform.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field is required
• An advanced degree in Science, Engineering, Business or equivalent experience is preferred
• 8+ years of relevant experience in healthcare or similarly complex environments with leadership in supply chain planning

Responsibilities

• Lead the Annual, Quarterly, monthly and weekly supply planning processes for the Depuy Synthes portfolio sourced from our vendor network
• Develop the Master production schedule by Supplier site and engage in monthly capacity and supply review meetings
• Proactively monitor the supply performance and initiate corrective actions to mitigate the supply risks
• Develop and supervise demand, supply and executive reviews to achieve outstanding planning process, supply reliability and customer satisfaction
• Ensure product availability at the right place, in the right quantities, at the right time to service customers
• Lead and coach the team to deliver accurate results and commitments
• Analyze inventory levels to meet business plans and partner with other departments on solutions
• Drive cost optimization and improved inventory visibility through supply plans
• Support the Global IBP process via Executive Supply Review section
• Support 12–24 month horizon planning, inventory, capacity and capex for NPIs and growth
• Own global metrics and build partnerships with stakeholders
• Lead blueprint for planning process improvements toward autonomous planning with AI support
• Ensure alignment with MedTech/DePuy Synthes blueprint
• Support E2E platform teams with analytics to optimize metrics
