Job summary

Talentify seeks a Planner External Supply in Titusville, NJ to coordinate global planning and material management for externally manufactured products. You will ensure timely deliveries, target inventories, and continuity of supply across sites.

You will develop volume and material plans, work with SAP and finance teams, and lead improvements across the supply chain, including new launches and S&OP support. Excellent English communication and collaboration across global teams are required.

Qualifications

Minimum four years of experience in supply chain planning, operations, or a related field.
Proficiency in SAP and MS Excel for planning and data analysis.
Ability to influence across functions and partner with cross‑functional teams.
Strong written and verbal English communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Set up a balanced volume plan, detailed plan and material plan considering operations, inventory, and service.
Create and maintain Purchase Orders and SAP transactions.
Lead improvement projects or participate in IMT or critical issue discussions.
Collaborate with internal and external sites to align demand, capacity, and schedules.
Identify and resolve issues impacting supply; drive planning activities.
Monitor OTIF, SLOB, inventory targets, and launch metrics; adjust plans accordingly.
Support S&OP and business plans; develop supply plans for launches.
