Job summary

Lancesoft INC in Titusville, NJ is seeking a Planner External Supply to act as a strategic liaison between Internal Client Innovative Medicine customers and external manufacturing sites. You will manage global planning and material management for externally manufactured products, ensuring on-time deliveries and target inventory levels.

The role requires 4+ years in supply chain planning, strong SAP and Excel skills, and the ability to influence across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Business required.
• Minimum four years of experience in supply chain planning, operations, or related field.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Excel.
• Ability to work across organizational boundaries through influence, negotiation and partnership.
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up a balanced volume plan, detailed plan and material plan considering operations efficiency, inventory and stock cost, SLOB risk and customer service.
• Create and maintain Purchase Orders and SAP transactions.
• Lead improvement projects or participate in IMT or critical issue discussions.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to interpret demand and inventory requirements and respond with capacity, products and schedules to meet customer needs.
• Identify and address supply risks; drive short- and long-term planning activities.
