Job summary

Bunge is seeking an experienced finance professional to act as a global subject matter expert for external reporting. You will prepare consolidated financial statements, footnotes for SEC filings, and MD&A in collaboration with FP&A and operating units.

The role involves coordinating quarterly close, improving reporting processes, and ensuring SOX compliance across the organization. You will partner with Legal, Investor Relations, Treasury and other functions to file required SEC reports,

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA considered a plus.
• Five years’ experience in external reporting in an international environment.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SOX, and SEC requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate quarterly and monthly close with regional data and disclosures.
• Prepare BG consolidated financial statements and footnotes for SEC filings.
• Draft MD&A in collaboration with FP&A and operating units.
• Maintain BG’s SEC filing system (Workiva) and ensure data security.
• Support internal controls design, documentation, and testing with auditors.
• Provide training and support for global reporting processes.
