Job summary

Bunge is seeking an experienced external reporting professional to join our corporate accounting team in Chesterfield, MO. The role focuses on preparing consolidated statements, SEC filings, MD&A, and internal controls across global operations.

You will partner with Legal, Investor Relations, Treasury and SOX coordinators to ensure accurate reporting and timely reviews, while acting as a super user for Workiva and assisting in SOX documentation and training.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA or equivalent is a plus.
• Five years' Big 4 or international experience in external reporting.
• Experience with US GAAP, SOX, and SEC filings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate quarter-end and monthly closing processes with regional teams.
• Prepare BG’s consolidated financial statements and related disclosures for SEC filings.
• Draft MD&A and support external reporting requirements with FP&A and Legal.
